Our meeting rooms at The Regency offer a professional and flexible space designed to suit a variety of business needs.

Equipped with modern facilities, they provide an ideal environment for productive discussions, presentations, and events. All of our function rooms are purpose built with natural daylight and air conditioning with capacity for guests ranging from 4 to 200. We can cater for all types of events at the Hotel, including training events; residential conferences; company briefings and presentations.

    Dublin Suite

    Our smallest meeting room offers the perfect space for 1-2-1 interviews or a syndicate room for 2-4 delegates.

    Frankfurt Suite

    The Frankfurt Suite is the perfect space for up to 12 boardroom style and easily accessible for all your business needs.

    Tokyo Suite

    The Tokyo Suite offers space for up to 50 Theatre style, making it an ideal venue for your next business meeting or corporate event.

    Rome Suite

    The Rome Suite is perfect for meetings up to 30 delegates, providing an ideal setting for productive business gatherings.

    Venice Suite

    The Venice Suite is the perfect meeting room for a smaller meeting of 8-12 delegates or a syndicate from your main conference space.

The Paris Suite

The Paris Suite can seat up to 90 delegates and is adjacent to the conservatory. The conservatory is light and airy and leads out onto a pleasant patio, making it an ideal breakout area for refreshments.

The Parkland Suite

The Parkland Suite is our largest function room. Offering a capacity of 200 theatre and 80 cabaret with a modern design. The room is situated on the ground floor. The room has partitions and can be separated into one area for 120 theatre and one area for 60 theatre.
