Our Health Club is currently a members only club, where you can be assured of a stress free visit in tranquil surroundings. The superb and extensive on site facilities include a 17 metre indoor swimming pool, state of the art air conditioned PRECOR gym, spa pool, steam room and sauna. There is complimentary onsite parking available.

The Regency Park Spa - allow yourself time to stop and balance in your busy life. Partnering with Aromatherapy Associates and Jessica Nails we provide you with a top to toe service of first class treatments from our experienced therapists.

The spa is also open to day visitors and those wishing to indulge in regular treatments. From a quick facial or pedicure to intensive body massages, we ensure there is something to suit everyone.
