Yes, that’s right – as much as you might presume all decent Christmas celebration venues are now fully booked for dates in 2019, there are actually still some very fine ones with slots available. Regency Park Hotel is one of those venues – so why should you choose us?

Do you ever feel that everyone and their dog seem to be trying to hold their Christmas party in a historic castle or mansion? And of course, there’s nothing wrong with that. Regency Park Hotel, however, serves up a decidedly contemporary-styled backdrop for your festive celebration, all of which helps to make it a very much 2020s venue for a (soon-to-be) 2020s party.
The modern vibe of our hotel and party venue extends to the ease with which you and your fellow attendees will be able to reach us. We’re not in some terrifyingly desolate place in the middle of nowhere – instead, you’ll find us just 10 minutes away from the M4 and A339, between the pretty Berkshire towns of Newbury and Thatcham.

Where some Christmas celebration venues stop is where we start here at Regency Park Hotel, giving you a generous range of options – even if you’re only reserving your place at this late stage.
Our Perfect Christmas Parties, for instance, can still be booked for remaining dates in December, and enable you and your fellow guests to enjoy an arrival reception drink, followed by a succulent three-course dinner. The night is then concluded with a first-class disco, which represents the ideal opportunity for everyone in attendance to strut their stuff.
The prices for a Perfect Christmas Party with us are £44.50 per person on a Thursday date, and £48.50 per person if you’re booking a Friday or Saturday.
But it’s worth bearing in mind that if you can’t secure your preferred date for before Christmas, we also hold festive celebrations after the 25th – the same Perfect Christmas Parties package being available on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th December, as well as throughout January. These post-Christmas dates might also represent better value for you, at £38 per person.
Oh, and there are also various other festive events we’re continuing to hold through these precious final few weeks of the Christmas season, including our ever-popular Christmas Day Lunch, Boxing Day Buffet and New Year’s Eve Buffet & Boogie. Even if you are booking late, it’s always worth enquiring to us anyway, as you never know – we might still have places available.
